The sales process was fine but the Closing process with the F&I rep was very unpleasant and ill-prepared. I reminded him I was on a limited amount of time to have the docs prepared when I came to pick it up the next day nothing had been done and the poor guy they set me up with took all the heat(JP) nice guy but not informed of my deal from the previous evening... The docs were not even ready for my approval!

I went into CSN to look at an advertised 2019 Rogue Sport. Within a few hours I had a new used vehicle. I couldn't bring it home that night because it was "just" brought in and needed to be detailed. My "absolute" on a car is to have tinted windows, which this one did not. The dealership threw in tinted windows and an extra key for me. My salesman was new so I did not feel he was knowledgeable on the workings of the vehicle but I did go to the service center a few times to have the service dept. teach me some things the car offered. All and all I will give this dealership 4 stars

A friend of mine decided to purchase a new car. Since I have been in the car business for a number of years I offered my help in doing research. The best option for my friend was a Nissan Pathfinder SL. After a couple of days of negotiating with three Dealers we discovered huge difference in price for the same vehicle with identical equipment. Coral Springs Nissan agreed to a very reasonable price. At the same time Pompano Beach's Performance Nissan's Sales Manager insisted on a price that was exactly $100 more per month on a 36 month lease. She refused to even consider lower price. Weston Nissan's Sales Manager did not even want to consider the price that we got at Coral Springs Nissan, we emailed him the copy of my friend's lease agreement after she closed the deal. He insisted that I give him my Social Security number, come to the store and he "will work with me". My friend and I went to Coral Springs Nissan on the last day of the month. The place was packed with customers. Everybody was wearing masks and was conscious of social distancing. We were greeted and helped right away. As we were sitting at the desk with Jose B. our salesman, we kept hearing a loud sound of gong and applause. Jose told us that every time someone buys a vehicle, they hit the gong! What a fun experience! My friend selected the car that she wanted, took it for a test drive, signed the lease, hit the gong and went home happy! I must tell you that it was a great experience to buy a car from Coral Springs Nissan! Everybody, from sales staff, finance office and sales managers to the service department was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice! They made this car buying experience really good! I am sure that we will return for future purchases and recommend Coral Springs Nissan to our families and friends!

This was the most Amazing Car buying experience I’ve ever had...From Tim my Salesmen (Go see him!) who kept everything black & white and understood I was on a specific budget, to the front desk manager who negotiated with me to get me there with no problems, to Moe the FNI Financing Supervisor who was able to negotiate better financing through his relationship contacts then I ever expected, all the way to Martin at the car insurance desk who was able to lower my New Truck insurance while lowering my bundled Moto MX insurance at the same time! We ended up leasing one of the only 2 cars in the showroom. The car is beautiful and has all the safety features we were looking for. The White Pearl paint was an unexpected extra, the light in the showroom doesn't do it justice, but once out in the sunlight the color pops. We purchased a showroom car many years ago in New York. Showroom cars are not driven and are maintained in showroom appearance.

My experience with Honda was amazing! Everyone was so caring, and willing to help. Errol he works at Honda I believe, helped me find my car. His service was 1000/10!!!
